What is animal academy manga?

Animal Academy is a manga series written and illustrated by Moyamu Fujino. The story revolves around Neko Fukada, a young girl who can transform into a cat. She ends up attending Animalium, a school where students are able to transform into different animals. The series follows Neko and her friends as they navigate their way through school life and face challenges both in and outside of their animal forms. The manga was serialized in the Monthly Comic Blade magazine from 2005 to 2009 and was later published in tankobon format by Mag Garden.
